I have had occasion to seek medical help recently. Many of the health care workers seemed to be in their element, working in their calling. As I face surgery again, I have prepared thank you notes different from anything I have done in the past. Here is a sample:
Thank you for your warm heart and caring spirit.
Thank you for taking the time to Follow Your Calling and pursue a career in helping others.

When you encounter someone using their motivational gift, say “Thank you for Following Your Calling”. There is a blessing that touches many when you USE your gift/gift mix.
